While returns for our products are rare, we do offer full product refunds for unused products. If defective all of our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you the customer return something in 100% re-sellable condition (not used) within 30 days of purchase, we can give 100% money-back return on all equipment returned back to us in MINUS THE SHIPPING. However, if the item shows wear and tear, or requires excessive repackaging, please understand that we cannot guarantee a 100% refund, but will try to give you a fair pro-rated return amount at our discretion, depending on how much effort is required.

We pride ourselves in our supplier keeping the obstacles in stock for immediate shipping. After receiving your order they will ship it out to the customer in 48 business hours (Mon-Fri. 8-5, EST) unless you are informed otherwise. After that, the time your obstacle arrives depends on your distance from N.Y. where our items are shipped from. 95 % of the time you will get your article within 1 week but occasionally shipping takes as long as 2 weeks. For the occasional instance where an item is on back-order we will definitely inform you the customer.

In most cases the items ship UPS, but a few items are sent by Post Office/Priority Mail. International shipments (as well as Hawaii and Alaska) are usually shipped by Parcel Post. Be sure to contact us prior to an International shipment (as well as Hawaii and Alaska) so than we can send you an exact shipping quote. For inside the US shipments we have quoted the shipping charge in the item description for whatever your location. We also provide a flat rate shipping cost for each item and we feel that telling the customer up front how much the shipping will be keeps the customer from receiving a negative surprise when they get to the shopping cart.

When you receive your product please inspect it carefully. If the product is defective from the manufacturer we will issue you a return merchandise tag so that you will not have to incur shipping again. If the product was damaged in shipping then we will expect you to make claim with the shipping company.
